Kylie Minogue performs with Scissor Sisters
Kylie Minogue has taken a guest appearance with the band Scissor Sisters. The Australian singer made her debut at the UK Glastonbury Festival.
Minogue was in 2005 in the festival but had to stand when are absent because her breast cancer was found. The singer celebrated her performance with a full kiss on the mouth of Scissor Sisters Ana Matronic. The 42-year-old Australian was in her last album, aided by Scissor Sisters singer Jake Shears, with whom she wrote a song together.
Another unexpected occurrence during the fortieth edition of the Glastonbury Festival was U2 guitarist The Edge. The guitarist played with the band Muse to the U2 song “Where the Streets Have No Name”. The Irish rock band U2 had to cancel a performance at the festival because of a back injury from singer Bono.
The most notable surprise of the festival was perhaps the appearance of Kate Moss. The 36-year-old model sang ‘Happy Birthday’ for The Clash guitarist Mick Jones. The musician celebrated his 54th birthday at the festival, where he appeared with Gorillaz. Even Lou Reed and Snoop Dogg gave a performance with Gorillaz.
The Glastonbury Festival has so far claimed two lives. Friday night two deceased people a heart attack, let the BBC know more. More than 2,100 people were treated by the medical team present, mostly for dehydration and sunburn.
