Shaggy returns with an album
After releasing an album called Shaggy & Friends in January, Shaggy returns this summer with a new album with eight titles, Summer in Kingston. To promote this new project, the singer chose the song Sugarcane, which he adapted into a movie clip.
Shaggy looks forward to talk about him this year. While he remained in the shadows since 2008 and the release of his album Intoxication, the singer decided to resume the service in two works out in six months, no less! The first, called Shaggy & Friends was released in January. It consisted mainly of pairs of all kinds; you can find such collaborations with Rik Rok and Rayvon again, two friends of the singer.
Sugarcane, the first single from Summer in Kingston
The second, entitled Summer in Kingston, has just landed on the net and is already available in digital. It contains eight previously unreleased tracks, including the song Sugarcane, the first single by Shaggy chosen to promote this summer cake. The video for Sugarcane is also available on the Web. Tour on the beaches of tropical islands, this video is an invitation to holidays and dance brought by sunny reggae sound.
A new beginning for Shaggy
Shaggy resumed his career in hand and expects to be part of a must this summer. The singer wished to renew again to deceive the public but he has not forgotten musical influences that made his reputation. At this rate, perhaps in December, Shaggy will release a third album, unless he goes on tour to test his new compositions.
