The music of the Spice Girls, great comeback!
We announced in January 2010, the Spice Girls returned to the stage. But it was not until the summer of 2012 announced the exact date of this expected appearance: December 11, at the Piccadilly in London, premiering live forever! the musical written by Jennifer Saunders, director of hits such as Mamma Mia and produced by Judy Craymer.
Live forever! The Return of the Spice Girls
The music brings back the essence and the music of this group of 90 explosive composed of five girls: Victoria Beckham, Melanie Brown, Emma Bunton, Melanie Chisholm and Geri Halliwell.
Live forever! not tell the story of the Spice Girls, so is not a biography of the group, but it is a show that chronicles the experiences of four girls who have a talent show and use songs as successful as ‘Wannabe’, ‘Spice Up Your Life’ and ‘Live Forever’.
Thanks to this music, the five girls reunited after more than 4 years of estrangement. All agree that this event is exciting both professionally and personally, Mel C said: It’s so unreal … We are very excited to be here. We have seen many preparations for the show and it’s amazing.
The Spice Girls at the 2012 London Olympics
Just as we announced, the Spice Girls will be the protagonists the closing ceremony of the Olympic Games in London.
The reason is that the closure is intended to honor the best bands and songs produced during the last 50 years, the United Kingdom.
The problems among the Spice Girls
Despite the illusion that the project makes them live forever!, the sparks among the girls have jumped immediately. In April this year we knew that the fight between Mel B and Mel C were delaying the production and testing of the project. If we do a bit of memory, remember that the group of “hot girls” was separated by their constant bickering and disagreements.
The 5 girls seemed to be getting worse and, even, Geri left the group before disagreements with their partners. The group of friends who came to fame and friendship was broken was broken and battered. Now, more than 10 years later, the Spice Girls re-unite on the occasion of this new musical in the West End of London. We hope that time and may do some good experience and know to get along, if only for business.
