This is Kelly herself who broke the news on her Facebook page. She writes: “I recently learned that my album will not come out until September. The album was recorded, but I can not release it before. I realize that it is very long, but it apparently best time to publish it. I’m sorry for the wait, but I promise you, she’s great. “
Various influences
In February, the interpreter Since You Been Gone explained that she finished recording the tracks on this album, and took the opportunity to give some information about its contents. According to her, she would be influenced by Prince, Tina Turner, Sheryl Crow, Radiohead… but also a little country music. “It’s a great pop album,” she announces.
It is in the studio of producer Rodney Jerkins that Kelly Clarkson recorded this new album. But other prominent figures have had a hand in the dough, such as Toby Gad, or even more amazing Howard Benson, usually associated with hard rock album productions.
The return on the forefront of the pop singer is eagerly awaited by fans; two years after All I Ever Wanted. This last cake was a huge success since it was ranked at the top of the Billboard 200. Two weeks after its release, the album had sold over 910,000 copies worldwide.
