The Fifth Season in trouble

The Fifth Season is one of the most famous Spanish groups today. But it could undergo a change of identity due to a claim of usurpation of name, made by one of former members.
The Fifth Season

Sven Martin, one of six founders of the band in 2000, had registered the name in the Spanish property registry after leaving the group.

Natalia Jimenez and Angel Reyero, current members of La Quinta Estacion, defend their position. “It is a renowned and world famous brand” informed, after receiving the complaint in 2008.

The lawsuit, and the corresponding demand for repayment against the ownership of the name, will become clear this coming December 14 in the courts of Pozuelo, Madrid.

Be seen whether Angel Natalia and maintain the name or be renamed to what for us will be “The Fifth Season”.
